We have over 20 years combined experience in the cookie industry and have had the pleasure or working with brands such as Chick-Fil-A, Hitachi, UPS, Food Network, Amazon, and Piedmont Healthcare to name a few . . .
We know a few things about juggling family and work, changing careers, balancing multiple jobs and having fun while trying to do it all.

Shelly
Shelly is an Industrial Engineer turned Cookier and loves using her degree to improve every aspect of her business. She has owned Pastry Shells for 14+ years and has made everything from wedding cakes to cupcakes but now she solely focuses on cookies. She loves presales in her cookie business and has successfully grown them to five figures in sales.
She is the creator of The Efficient Cookier on Amazon where she teaches cookiers how to leave team no sleep and truly enjoy making cookies. Teaching is something she loves so, you might have seen her teaching at a few CookieCons. She truly can't wait to teach and connect with you!
Shelly is a proud Mom to her son Landon. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, son, and doodle named Kelso.
Wendy
Wendy is the owner and creator of Wendy’s Cookie Studio, and recently moved to South Florida. She was on Food Network’s Christmas Cookie Challenge, Season 6, and won! Wendy was selected as an add-on instructor at CookieCon in Ohio and will be a core instructor in Orlando 2023.
Owning a bakery had been a goal since college. After several cross-country moves, it was time to get started. With a toddler at home and 4 kids at school, decorating cookies created the perfect combination of business, design, and creativity.
Wendy grew up in Orlando, FL and loves the beach. She is the mother of 5 kids (3 boys and 2 girls). Her husband is a football coach. When she’s not running kids to soccer practice or to football games, she enjoys yoga, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
